We seek someone passionate about helping others achieve their full potential in our company and can do so with excellent communication and teaching skills. This person is motivated by seeing each new inspector through their initial 90-day training period and far beyond.
As part of our training team, you will meet with new inspectors one-on-one via telephone calls to walk them through the site inspection process and typing up the inspection report, ensuring all the data fields are completed correctly and that the information in the report meets our client’s requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and train each new inspector (trainee) through their initial 90-day training period by utilizing the models, tools, and systems provided.
- Schedule regular meetings via phone with trainees to ensure they are meeting all of their training goals.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor any concerns with the trainees.
- Uphold and maintain all Training Department and Company expectations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Be a self-starter and require little motivation.
- Follows directions and instructions carefully.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach others.

Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) based in Foothill Ranch, California is a nationwide commercial property inspection company providing inspection services to lenders throughout the country utilizing a team of over 250 employee inspectors that work from their homes. We specialize in commercial real estate annual inspections, repair verification inspections, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily annual property inspections. These assignments include inspecting the exteriors of the properties, interiors of the common areas, occupied units, vacant units, down units, amenities, as well as inspecting the roof and mechanical areas and other specific areas as required for each inspection.
