Position Summary:
The Recruiter will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and may be located within the Northeast region or remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for all talent acquisition responsibilities supporting the non-clinical function of the organization. Primary responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment in support of the growth of our clinics across the enterprise. Job Description:
- Full Cycle recruitment for Patient Coordinators/ Representatives (Front Desk Staff)
- Enter in and post job opportunities to the Applicant Tracking System, Jobvite (ATS)
- Works in partnership with a variety of internal partners and hiring managers to meet the talent needs of the organization
- Distribute formal written offers to candidates
- Assist in kickstarting onboarding for newly hired teammates
- Responsible for managing the top priority nonclinical recruitment positions
- Manages the employee referral program and weekly audits to ensure payouts
- Assists in newly acquired Acquisitions and creating seamless transition
- Organizes the Talent Acquisition events calendar
- Knowledge of ATS and adding locations and new teammates as needed
- Participates in special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS): Posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields; Workday experience preferred.
- Minimum of a year of experience in recruiting or staffing.
- Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and cross functional partners to review and align on job specification
