About the Role
This position will assist the Compliance Manager and Marketing Compliance Manager in numerous aspects of company compliance including adherence to TCPA guidelines DNC guidelines and CMS guidelines. This role will also include the assessment of carrier issues and consumer escalations as well as development and monitoring of marketing vendors.Β
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complaint investigations including consumer journey lead documentation statements and corrective actions
- Assist with marketing audits and technology vendor calibration
- Assist in policy & procedure development and process audits as directed by the compliance manager
- Oversight and training of offshore quality team
- Oversight and training of FMOs
- Real-time sales call audits
- Compliance audits as required by carriers and CMS

Education and Experience:Β
- Background in insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred
- Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred
- Experience with TCPA regulations carrier complaints and/or marketing compliance preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) experience; Google Apps is highly desired
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.Β The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
