Technology Project Manager (Remote)

Technology Project Manager -- Help drive cross-functional projects across the Apple Travel & Meetings organization, focusing on Entertainment and Meetings & Events-related implementations and business-process enhancements.
This role assists a team of subject matter experts to effectively scope, plan, test, implement, and track various projects and programs, utilizing proven project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
The role will consult with business partners to document, coordinate, and prioritize process re-engineering opportunities and liaise with internal and external technology groups to ensure successful delivery -- setting achievable and realistic expectations while providing clear and consistent updates.
As a Technology Project Manager, you will
- Work closely with the client technology team to help coordinate and implement Entertainment and Meetings & Events-related projects
- Deliver projects within allocated time and resource targets and satisfy the defined scope and quality
- Ensure performance measurements comply with departmental/project Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)
- Utilize Apple tools (Filemaker, Mira) to help with project implementation and ongoing development
- Utilize other third-party tools (Wrike, Quip, Miro, or current project management software tool) for plan management and departmental reporting
About you
- Previous experience in a qualified project management role
- Advanced knowledge of iWork Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPointÂ
- Professional, concise, and mature written and verbal communication skills
- You have the confidence to own the hard calls and to set realistic expectations with key business partners
- Ability to validate that suggested process solutions will meet the client’s expectations
- Strong technical skills in Sabre, Online booking tools, and Event Management toolsÂ

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Technology Project Manager is between $85,000 and $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.Â
