Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound patient scheduling calls while ensuring attention to detail on appointment details.
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools to ensure appointment is scheduled accurately.
- Ability to demonstrate workflows and subject matter expertise covered in training while maintaining KPIs (Call Quality, Error rate, calls per hour)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, asking questions for clarification and interpersonal skills like empathy and patience.
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting patients
- Eager to advance your career with a unique single specialty healthcare company
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- As a note for work-at-home positions, we require the minimum requirements of your home internet service; 90kbps downstream and upstream.
