Role: Sr Automation Analyst / Sr Business Systems Analyst
Job Description:

Experience required
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a Automation analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- Extensive experience in healthcare claims and payment integrity processes
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Experience in working with AWS cloud native projects in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries , API analysis and design mapping
- Ability to work independently and at a detailed, low level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
- Experience collaborating with external vendors such as Cotiviti, Optum, and McKesson is highly preferred
- Experience of working with Robotics Process Automation projects and cloud environments is desired
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of business processes related to healthcare claims and payment integrity
- Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
- Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
- Develop, write, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements
- Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
- Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support Production runs
