The Role
Cognizant Technology Industry Practice is changing the game for our clients within the tech industry by helping reevaluate business models, shift rapidly to digital, transform customer experiences and supply chains and streamline efficient operations. We deliver all this through combining innovative approaches to technology, process and organizational design, adopting design thinking and rapid prototyping techniques to start putting strategy into action.

Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product management across the data products and analytics the team is developing to support client. The ideal candidate must be an effective and cross-functional team leader who can work with a diverse group of stakeholders to organize, plan, and prioritize work across the teams. You must also be an experienced problem-solver and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority. You will need to be able to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to new technologies and new ideas.
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Manager Consulting, this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. Responsibilities:
- Will help oversee the department’s data-driven product strategy, including but not limited to managing and reporting on department product budgets, forecasts, multi-year product plans.
- Shall lead the team in developing and maintaining product roadmaps by implementing best practices to ensure appropriate product strategies are defined, and technical requirements are being met.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategic direction of the team.
- Drive new product development functionality and developed new program to expand customer engagements to build/enhance C-Level relationships.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex network solutions for clients.
- Oversee the assessment of existing network infrastructures and recommend improvements.
- Provide expert guidance on network architecture ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
Required Skills:
- Around 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience
- Possess a deep understanding of network technologies including routing switching and security.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing network solutions for various industries.
- Have strong analytical skills to assess and optimize network performance.
- Show proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CCNP or equivalent.
- Display a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Experience delivering products while working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
