NTT DATA Services currently seeks Enrollment Coordinators- Call Center to join our team working remotely in the state of Arizona.
The Enrollment Coordinators play a critical role in working with our new member clients to determine eligibility and perform various enrollment activities.
Enrollment Coordinators interface with both individual plan members and employer group and requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment Coordinator II reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.
• Processing enrollment of Medicare members including first-time enrollment and member modifications
• Manage work activities in your work queue (i.e. enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change)
• Interface with other system applications for research and, where applicable, updating them with actions/outcomes of enrollment activity
• May also support on one or more of the following enrollment support functions
o Update Excel spreadsheets to track workflow of various special assigned projects
o Outbound Enrollment Verification member calls
o Answer incoming agent/broker calls regarding special needs (low income) enrollment plans
o Post Enrollment functions such as determining member paid penalties
• Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis
• Follow work instructions regarding enrollment tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of overall related experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Capable of managing through transition, while fostering a positive team environment
Confident in decision making ability within strict timelines.
Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills
Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.
High School/GED required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $27.25. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
