We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 7 to 15 years of experience specializing in AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Utilities domain and will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities CCaaS Architect-AWS Connect, Talkdesk :, Genesys. Cloud Contact center, design, plan, implement. Contact center flow develop, Visio, MS Projects
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice to meet business requirements.
15-20 years Experienced Architect in designing solutions on Cloud Native CCaaS platforms like Talkdesk, AWS
Oversee the integration of various technology platforms to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation to support project planning and execution.
Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensure that all technology solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage the deployment of new technologies and ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions within budget.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice technologies.
Demonstrate extensive experience in the Utilities domain with a focus on technology solutions.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Show proficiency in system integration and architecture design.
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Hold relevant certifications in Genesys AWS or other related technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $110,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
