Responsibilities
Job Description and Qualifications include:
- Provide technical leadership and best engineering practices to continuously deliver working software Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- Define metrics and relevant data sources
- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
- Keep abreast of industry news and trends
- Participating in the construction of new features and identifying areas for improvement proactively
- Academic background in computer science (BS or MS) or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of software development experience, including data engineering or analytics space
- Must of knowledge of Data science & Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics suite including Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Orchestration knowledge
- Excellent presentation and data visualization skills
| Technical leadership experience in projects involving scaled out and distributed applications - Experience working with Product Managers, other development teams, and QA teams to accelerate software development and increase quality. - Be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a burning desire to constantly improve yourself, the product, and the codebase - Comfortable working within an exciting fast-paced environment by reducing ambiguity and building trust with the team - Willingness to explore new technologies and creative solutions |
- Strong at estimating work, planning, organization, and implementing complex software projects.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
