Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Functional Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Must reside in the United States)
Position Summary:
· Lead the overall Fusion Cloud solution for a large Oracle Fusion transformation program with SCM prominence.
· Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Procurement, Demand Planning and Oracle Fusion Cloud Warehouse Management modules .
· Conduct requirement and prototype workshops with client stakeholders and document the outcomes.
· Execute fit-gap analysis and identify the right solutions and workarounds.
· Prepare project deliverables as per Oracle’s OUM implementation methodology.
· Hands on experience on Oracle Cloud Solutioning, Configuration, Documentation, User Training and solution Testing.
· Manage the work with team of onsite and offshore functional consultants.
· Candidate should have minimum three Cloud implementation experience.
· Position reports to the Oracle Cloud Competency Lead and the Delivery Owner for program.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the solution design of Fusion SCM Cloud solution for client’s business covering the modules - Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management Services and Finance modules (Payables, General Ledger).
· Work with Finance Functional leads for design of integrated solution between SCM and Finance modules.
· Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
· Conduct requirement workshops with business leads and document the outcomes.
· Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements.
· Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
· Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems.
· Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.
· Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extensions.
· Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
· Participates in competency group’s initiatives around creation of internal tools, reusable artifacts and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
· Core Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud – Inventory, Procurement, Oracle Demand Planning and Oracle Warehouse Management modules.
· Good understanding of finance modules like – Payables, General Ledger and receivables.
· Hands on experience in Configurations, testing and documentation.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 15+ years of experience working with Oracle Implementation projects.
· Must have done at least three Fusion Cloud implementations, covering SCM modules – Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Warehouse Management Services.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in an offshore-onsite team environment.
· Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Preferably based at Atlanta, otherwise willing to travel frequently and regularly.
· Experience in large global – multi country and multi-phase transformation programs.
· Experience on retail customer projects, with multiple stores and franchise model.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $116,100/Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
