Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Senior JAVA Production Support Lead to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Senior JAVA Production Support Lead
Experience: 10+ years of strong experience
Location: The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client’s location in Raleigh NC.
Must Have Skills:
· Production support hands on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident.
· Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.
· Strong hands-on experience is required on APIGEE, Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud
· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue
· Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze problem in multiple perspectives
· Knowledge on Banking and Financials is must
Responsibilities

· Strong hands-on experience is required on APIGEE, Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud
· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue
· Ability to work on minor enhancement when occurred
· Ability to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders
· Ability to work with cross work stream teams
· Ability to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues
· Effective written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills
· A can-do-attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
· Confident, self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and team-oriented
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
