Description and Requirements

The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts and project managers with the freedom to create innovative and solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This role will provide leadership with strategic insights and recommendation aimed at attracting, integrating, and retaining talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of sourcing strategies and interview trends (e.g., job fairs, Indeed, LinkedIn, MetLife.com, etc.)
- Providing career pathing insights, value propositions, and benefits narratives to candidates for each line of business
- Analysis of new hire experience using survey and real-time feedback obtained through one-on-one feedback sessions
- Compiling and analyzing hiring and offer trends at MetLife and across the industry
- Assisting with onboarding activities, including follow-ups, supporting the Onboarding Liaison with first day new hire issue triage
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
· Analytical - ability to interpret data e.g., performance and productivity data
· Strong orientation to building work environments that drive and support employee engagement and retention
· Passion for growing and developing our new hires to reach their full potential.
· Competent, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of the Disability Claims organization including an understanding of the various products supported.
· Team building and relationship management skills.
