We are looking for a System Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a System Consultant you will be involved with the implementation of our software solutions and work on a team with Project Managers and Data Conversion Professionals. This role will primarily focus on our Alarm Monitoring software packages. Our ideal candidate has a persistent winning attitude with exceptional follow-up skills and a high degree of independence. The System Consultant demonstrates a proven ability to deliver results by completing software installation and configuration on time with a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execute software installation tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues
- Communicate assigned task status updates to project stakeholders via project management tracking tools
- Customer facing role – work directly with customers during software installation process
- Document installation processes
- Create and review Knowledge base articles
- Collaborate and mentor other team members and departments on installation tasks and software components
- Work with 3rd party vendors and partners to ensure integrations function properly
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- Experience with Client/Server Software installation and configuration. 1 year
- General familiarity with SQL Server
- Proficiency with Windows Server 12/16/19/2022 and Window 10/11
- Basic knowledge of AWS
- Experience with Central Station Alarm Monitoring would be valuable in this role but not required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong written, verbal, and organization skills
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
- Candidate must be a team player, have a high energy level and be self-motivated
- Can use good judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 USD per hour/year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
