Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from Medical Necessity Review Forms and Clinical Quality Evaluator worksheets
- Verify member eligibility and create patient records while maintaining quality standards
- Process and forward forms for clinical review and final processing
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- 2 years of data entry experience with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Working knowledge of computer keyboard and data entry systems
- Ability to maintain a stable internet connection for remote work
- Experience with eligibility verification and provider verification
