Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position. Our Software Training Instructors provide end-user training of Mitchell software products such as collision estimating and body shop management and insurance claims software solutions to Mitchell clients in the collision repair and automotive insurance industries. They also serve as a subject matter expert in the review and creation of Mitchell’s product workflow guides, training material, and Help files.

- Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell software applications via virtual instructor led training
- Work on multiple projects of differing needs and scope simultaneously
- Partner regularly with internal and external project management teams to plan, outline, create, deliver and maintain training agendas and materials
- Provide follow-up support as needed
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided
- Consult and assist customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles
- Completes accurate and timely reporting of all customer correspondence and activity
- Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed
- Work with customers of various sizes, in a variety of environments.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required Skills and Experience
- Thorough understanding of the life cycle of automotive property damage insurance claims
- Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent Collaborative skills
- Exceptional team player with high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to build relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and internal personnel
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Adult training experience
- Auto Body Shop or Collision Repair management software product experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of auto body front office processes
- Experience with Mitchell WorkCenter and/or Mitchell Cloud Repair product experience is a strong plus
- Other Mitchell Auto Physical Damage Product experience a plus
- French-speaking a plus

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $47,465 - $81,598 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
