Job Summary
This is a business to business sales role involved with selling complex, integrated software and service solutions in the higher education market. In this role you will be responsible for end to end sales from lead to close, focusing on creating and expanding relationships with campus prospects and customers. The territory is the Eastern portion of the US.
Duties
Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, with the ability to drive the buying process with multiple decision makers and close the sale
Ability to communicate ECSI’s business value of our enterprise level software solutions and services to all levels of employee at the campus, from field Accountant to President or the entire Board of a University
Proven ability to drive revenue within your given territory
Diligent tracking of your sales forecast and activities, providing reporting (through Salesforce) to TouchNet’s leadership
Collaborative approach to learning and executing in the role, working within the Higher Ed division of Global Payments to achieve win/win scenarios for themselves and their peers
Hunger to stay on top of industry trends and translate that knowledge into advisory roles both internally in the company and externally with colleges and universities
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years experience with complex sales demonstrating the ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue using proven methods
Ability to develop and manage C-suite relationships and work with multiple client-based stakeholders
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Effective time management and organization abilities
Expert networking ability and business development internally and externally
Ability to collaborate with other territory managers across the Global Payments Campus Solutions team to assist in selling the complete suite of software, services and processing
Ability to travel to Eastern US territory 30-50%
Bachelor’s degree required – this person will sell exclusively to colleges and universities and should have lived through the experience of pursuing and completing at least a four-year degree
Prior experience in higher education industry preferred
Experience in accounts receivable management or loan servicing a plus

The US base salary for this full-time position is $105,000 + Commission + Benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
