Purpose of the Position:
- Oversee all personnel administration activities, including processing wage-related documents and managing employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate and implement compliance and risk management processes across the company.

- Coordinate with legal counsel and government labor authorities to address labor cases.
- Manage Global HR System and local HR system, ensuring data alignment and accuracy through weekly audits.
- Administer Company Benefits and Health and Safety Compliance.
- Conduct weekly/monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Draft and organize employment-related documents, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities (NRA, NSSI), and other state institutions, as well as to the General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency ".
- Prepare staff reports and maintain an updated employee database.
- Administer employee salaries and prepare official notes and certificates.
- Stay informed about internal and external processes and activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Plan, design, and implement risk management processes, including conducting risk assessments and policy audits.
- Create and update company policies and procedures according to Bulgarian legislation and company goals.
- Perform periodic internal audits and recommend procedural optimizations.
- Ensure data protection compliance and serve as a contact person for related issues.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and take responsibility for personal and others' safety.
- Maintain, store, and constantly update the employee’s database, containing name, PIN, position, address, education degree, etc.
- Must not be subject to a conflict of interest when performing specific tasks.
- Perform periodic internal revisions or audits.
- Serves as a contact person for all data protection issues, including reporting of data breaches, as well as a contact person for employees, control bodies and other natural and / or legal persons on all issues related to the storage and processing of data. personal data.

- Travel between both Bulgaria sites as necessary.
