Overview
Carenet Healthcare is constantly looking for people interested in a company taking healthcare to the next level. We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist. This position will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing effective communication strategies to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
Work Schedule: 9PM - 6AM PH Time ( 8am to 5pm CST)
Work Set Up: Hybrid ( 90 percent remote with occassional visit to Makati office once a month or less)
Eligibility: Must be a Filipino Citizen ( Luzon - based)
Responsibilities
Some of what you will be doing:
- Partner with the EVP of Product Innovation/Professional Services to assist in designing and implementing comprehensive strategic alignment communication plans to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify communication needs.
- Translate various corporate documents such as PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, executive emails, and other written or video communications into cohesive agenda items for townhall meetings.
- Schedule corporate Townhall meetings in Outlook; post approved and aligned agenda; ensure updated distro list; create Zoom dial-ins; and distribute any pre-work or team member questionnaires in advance, as required.
- Own the Corporate Intranet content, ensuring that information contained is easy to find, accurate, always up to date, and consistent with our Guiding Principles.
- Write, edit, and distribute a wide range of internal communications, including memos, email updates, intranet articles, and presentations. Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate key messages to different employee groups.
- Partner with ELT members to create internal messages regarding new hires, promotions, and other team-related organizational announcements
- Partner with Carenet’s Marketing team and Social Media Recruiter to administer, update, and maintain Carenet Social Media sites to ensure all messaging is consistent, well-aligned; and up-to-date. Respond to Indeed and Glass Door comments.
- Partner with Carenet Culture Club and our DEI&B ERGs to review messages for relevance, cultural and organizational fit, etc. and determine most appropriate message venue.
- Craft new executive TM announcements for their executives to send; arrange headshots, acquire bio information and intake for VP and above titles
- Create and implement the calendar of communication that includes Nurse appreciation, Customer service appreciation, Admin Appreciation and other employee-centric events.
- Continuously monitor internal communication best practices, emerging trends, and technologies. Share insights and propose innovative ideas to enhance internal communication effectiveness.
Qualifications
We want you to be successful, so these are some of the qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Three or more years experience working in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone for different audiences and communication channels.
A few more must haves:
- Project Management Skills and Social Media platform background
- Writing platform proficiency ( Publisher, intranet systems, email marketing software, content management systems, and digital signage solutions)
- Knowledge of communication measurement techniques and tools, with the ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.

- Soft Skills: Someone who is creative, strategic, innovative and a self-starter
