Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Spark interest and start conversations with potential clients through a variety of channels—email, social media, LinkedIn, video, and phone.
- Proactive Outreach: Spend 80% of your day in proactive prospecting, aiming to meet weekly targets for qualified meetings within the healthcare sector.
- Engage & Qualify: Connect with prospects, understand their needs, and determine their fit with our offerings. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for a successful sales process.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing valuable insights and positioning Carenet as the ideal solution to their challenges.
- Appointment Setting: Drive meetings between the sales team and high-potential leads, ensuring a smooth handoff and a solid foundation for sales success.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless lead transitions.
- Research & Data Management: Use prospecting tools to personalize outreach and maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Feedback & Learning: Offer insights to refine our sales and marketing strategies and stay updated on industry trends and our offerings to effectively convey value to leads.
Qualifications
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or two years in prospecting, sales, and lead qualification in the B2B space.
- Communication Skills: Stellar written and verbal communication abilities to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Mindset: A growth-oriented, resilient attitude with a persistent drive to overcome challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and track leads efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare or insurance industry, BPO, or contact center solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
