As an Operations Analyst, you will be a key Client Services Operation Team member in a 12-month temporary position, with the potential for full-time hire. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the work of our data analytics efforts, particularly customer service-related operations. By engaging with stakeholders, you will highlight these problems and work to enhance the overall efficiency of the client services team through keen observation and analysis.
Summary
Your responsibilities will include utilizing various modeling strategies and a range of software programs for data analysis and statistical modeling to research and resolve these problems. Your research will focus on predicting the outcomes of potential solutions to ensure the best possible fit. Following this analysis, you will prepare and present detailed reports and presentations that outline your recommended solutions, including any potential downsides. Effective communication skills will be crucial as you explain your ideas to individuals who may not have a strong background in operations or data analysis.
In this role, you will assist in managing technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and collaborating with various teams. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Additionally, any experience with Python will be considered a plus, as it can help with automating tasks and basic data analysis
Collaboration is a vital aspect of this role. You will work closely with other analysts, researchers, and managers to implement solutions effectively, requiring strong teamwork skills. Your daily tasks will include provisioning new user accounts and troubleshooting existing accounts across various applications, as well as designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, AWS Quicksight, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will manage employee schedules as part of workforce management functions and organize presentations for the management team. Regularly presenting to management and executive teams will also be a key component of your role. Other operations duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Prior experience in an operations or analytics roleΒ

Experience supporting process/workflow building, operational improvement, or project management

Proficient in most common computer packages, such as MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite

Quick learner and adaptable to change and dependable and self-managed.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $60,000 + Benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
