The Senior Recruiter (remote) will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical roles across the enterprise. He or she will support our corporate business units and regional platforms in hiring individual contributors through C-level executives in Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Clinical Recruiting, and more. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for leading and executing special projects to support our long-term talent strategy.

Job Highlights
- Full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, managing the interview process, creating & negotiating offers.
- Consult with hiring leaders to understand business goals, evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, create attractive job postings, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: establish rapport, communicate USAP organizational and role-specific value drivers, maintain excellent follow-up/follow-through and navigate roadblocks to drive offer acceptance.
- Apply knowledge of sourcing best practices to develop and execute sourcing campaigns and create robust candidate pipelines.
- Maintain consistent “req hygiene” to ensure data and reporting integrity.
- Assist in data collection and compile regular reporting.
- Identify and solve for existing inefficiencies in recruiting process, lead and execute projects.
- Maintain highest levels of credibility, integrity, and confidentiality, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and USAP policies.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment required, preferably a mix of in-house, full-cycle recruiting and staffing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with iCIMS, Workday, GEM or similar systems.
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs, preferred.
- IT/technical recruiting experience preferred.
