Key Responsibilities
- Receive and validate provider information for system updates
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of provider records
- Support system integration efforts and train staff on processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1+ years of managed care or medical office experience
- Experience in coding or credentialing is required
- Experience in a medical office setting is mandatory
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations is critical
