Overview
Instructional Designer
We are looking for a proven instructional designer who has designed training in a multi-client, fast-paced environment. Someone that has an entrepreneurial creative spirit and successful track record of designing engaging coursework utilizing current technology and tools including AI.
Instructional Designers (ID) lead the consulting, planning, design, and implementation of a broad range of new employee training materials and programs in the healthcare space. Partners with content experts and project stakeholders to define requirements, design learning strategies with minimal supervision, and develop high-quality, engaging, in the flow of work simulated, self-directed learning experience.
Demonstrated experience using instructional design models including storyboarding, needs analysis, writing goals and objectives, standards, and design specifications based on cognitive, adult learning methodologies and industry best practices such as ADDIE and SAM. If you lean towards SAM and would like to change how the BPO industry trains new employees, this is a great fit for you.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult learning, instructional design methodologies, and a keen eye for detail to create impactful training programs. You understand the importance of learning in the flow of work through spaced repetition and have successfully layered complexity into self-directed learning content including conversational, decision making, and software simulated learning experiences with AI and human-powered coaching and support.
