Job Title: MedSpa Receptionist ... We are seeking a friendly and professional MedSpa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a MedSpa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Rejuvenation MedSpa Receptionist Responsibilities
• Meet and greet patients and guests entering the spa.
• Facilitate the check-in and check-out experience in an engaging manner.
• Monitors and answers incoming phone calls for Rejuvenation MedSpa
• Respond to patient inquiries via web and phone; handle inbound and outbound membership opportunities.
• Schedule appointments, medical and spa.
• Collecting payments and setting up automatic payments.
• Educate patients about membership and package opportunities.

This is a full-time position, with the need for evening availability. Hours are flexible.

• Prior experience in a healthcare facility and/or Spa.
• Knowledge of Spa services and products is a plus.
