Catering/Float Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and grow a catering plan for the brand.
• Research and implement additional revenue streams.
• Lead and support restaurant staff in day-to-day operations for up to 4 locations.
• Generate ideas and materials for social media and marketing efforts.
• Oversee the growth of catering and bulk takeout business, including developing processes, potential customers, and outreach efforts.
• Be a member of the management team and share your ideas to grow the brand.
• Support food inventory processes as needed.
• Represent the brand at food tastings and promotional events.
Qualifications/Skills:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including catering and/or special events
• Have strong knowledge of how to utilize social media and a strong interest in marketing efforts.
• Have strong communications skills and the ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
• Be a self-starter, taking initiative to lead in assigned areas.
• Be able to think on your feet, and pivot strategies as business needs dictate.
