• Paid training for the first 8 weeks from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri
• After training, regular 8-hour schedules are assigned.
• Scheduled hours will be between 7:30 am – 8 pm and may include weekends.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule within the range.
• Two consecutive days off per work week.

Your customer service duties will include:
• Basic scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service
• Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public in a call center environment
• Ensure data entries are accurate and complete
• Problem-solve while showing empathy
• Communicate well in straight-forward situations
These customer service roles would be a great fit if you have:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Customer service skills; call center experience is a bonus
• 1+ years of face-to-face or phone-based customer service experience
• Proficient computer and typing skills
