Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Duties/Description ... • Answer Inbound phone calls
• Perform outbound service calls
• Outbound calls to book services and renew memberships
• Schedule appointments
• Dispatching technicians out for emergency service
• Input data quickly and accurately
• Document the calls in an appropriate manner
• Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail, prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Confident, happy, upbeat personality
• Call center experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Info:
• Pay range: $19-$20/hour
• Schedule: M-F 9:00am-6pm
