What's an average day like as a Customer Service Representative?
• Professionally answer and incoming phone calls
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, invoice questions, warranties and product information
• Receive and check customer complaints
• Enter orders into computer with accuracy
• Answers questions from customers or directs them to the person who is able to assist them
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Recent customer service experience
• Exceptional experience in effective business communications, including grammar and phone/email etiquette required
• Computer proficiency with a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
• Exceptional speed and accuracy for data entry - 45 wpm minimum
• Strong organizational skills
Schedule:
• Monday - Thursday 5:45 am to 1:00 pm
