Position: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities ... β’ Analyze and enhance data to prioritize customer satisfaction.
β’ Produce clear reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Identify trends, address data gaps, and collaborate on customer-centric solutions.
β’ Support teams to ensure timely and accurate rate updates in the database.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
β’ Cultivate positive relationships with clients, serving as a reliable point of contact for data-related queries.
Requirements:
β’ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
β’ Desirable experience in customer service roles.
β’ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Info:
β’ Pay range: $40k-50k
β’ Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm (flexible)
β’ Location: 100% onsite in Bloomington
β’ Type: Temp-to-hire
