Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries and take messages ... • Schedule appointments for technicians and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and organizing paperwork.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using office software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer focused attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology is a plus but not required.
