Autumn Breeze Healthcare Center is looking for a Laundry Attendant to operate the facility’s laundry facility and to ensure the facility operates in a safe and clean environment. Hours are 6:00a to 2:00p
Duties ... • Ensure the laundry room is cleaned and organized.
• Operate the self-serve washer/dryer.
• Ensure the washer dryer is always running and that there are adequate supplies of clean clothes and towels.
• Ensure that the dryer is kept at a safe temperature.
• Keep the laundry room clean, tidy and fully-stocked.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Load and unload laundry carts as needed.
• Clean, stock, and supply the laundry room
• Report maintenance needs to management on timely notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in a commercial laundry environment is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry/push/pull items for long distances.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
