Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout the duration of your engagement.Job Responsibilities:• Draft various documents related to claims files, including letters to Members and consent forms for police report requests.• Handle payments for claim-related expenses, such as appraisal fees and police report fees.• Assist the Total Loss team by preparing and dispatching Proof of Loss documents to expedite claim settlements.• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain official reports for claims investigations, such as ... police reports and fire incident reports.• Arrange for the transfer of PD Claim files to legal representatives upon request.• Manage incoming correspondence by processing, sorting, and distributing it accordingly.• Conduct outbound calls to Members to gather First Notice of Loss for new claims reported after hours or online.• Depending on business needs, handle inbound calls and efficiently direct callers to the appropriate department
