Must reside in Alberta, New Brunswick, Ontario, Nova Scotia, or Manitoba Province.
Compensation/Scheduling & Training Details:
- Payrate: $22.04/hr CAD
- Location: Work from Home
- Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST
- Due to business needs schedules will be comprised of evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime will be scheduled as necessary.
- Start & end times will vary
- To ensure you are set up for success there will be 5 weeks of paid training.
- Training will be comprised of self-led activities/instructor-led curriculum & on the job training.

Responsibilities What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist?
- • Providing best-in-class customer service over the phone, using analytical skills to figure out and fix those tricky tech problems. This includes questions about hardware, software, networking, and how they interact with the main computer OS and apps.
• Helping customers with issues like e-payment methods, personal account access, device warranties, and other things like purchases, content management, account authorization, and refunds. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and satisfactory experience with our products and services.
• Tailoring your delivery approach to fit the customer's experience level, using your tech troubleshooting skills to work through multiple systems and tools, and providing real-time solutions
• Educating customers about the support options available to resolve their issues, including online tutorials, in-store programs, and help applications built into the programs.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and aiming to meet specific performance targets like customer satisfaction and handling time
• Communicating effectively with team members, customers, and other partners in a clear, positive, and professional way. Tailoring your messages (both written and verbal) to different audiences, making sure to read and respond appropriately to verbal and non-verbal cues. Strong communication skills will help you build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues alike.
• Supporting any other client products/services as required.

• Have the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Working knowledge of technology and strong digital literacy
• Readily accept and implement feedback from customers, peers, & leadership.
• Have hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required.
