• *Start your journey with us The Life Policy Services department is currently seeking an associate customer service representative. Starting Rate of Pay: $17/hrBe ready to:*
• handles high volume of phone calls
• receives customers requests by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail; analyzes request, provides needed service or information as needed.
• processes loans, withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMD), surrenders, beneficiary/ownership changes, reinstatements, contractual changes, collateral assignments, external 1035/transfers
• assigns tasks to the Policy Service Coordinator as necessary
• refers transactions for approval by the Life Underwriter and/or Assoc. Manager as outlined in the Lines of Authority
• assist in the formulation of various reports as needed
• ability to serve as a back-up for the Policy Service Coordinator as needed
• meet with Field Representatives for team meetings
• visit with agents/agencies
• attend sales meetings
• Be equipped with:**
• excellent understanding of all operating systems, including but not limited to LifePRO, CLIC Workflow, Lexi Nexis, CinciLink and various reference materials
• ability to collaborate and work independently.
• encouraged to pursue further continuing education including pursuit of accredited insurance class/exam (such as LOMA), MAPS Certification, or equivalent
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• excellent understanding of coverage, rating, company products and Life Policy Service responsibilities
• good decision making skills
