Job Summary
· This position is full time during Tax Season and part time the rest of the year. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional for our Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position. You will serve as the first point of contact for new, potential, and regular clients. Must be courteous and helpful to all clients and should be comfortable undertaking a ... variety of activities in the office. You will also act as the main receptionist for all incoming phone calls. In addition, you will be assisting the tax preparation staff during the tax season. Must have great attention to detail. Must be good with numbers and have excellent computer skills. Must pass background check.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering incoming calls and greeting clients professionally and pleasantly. Take phone messages and redirect calls to appropriate staff.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments for tax preparation consultations via phone calls and drop-ins.
· Ensure all client queries are promptly and professionally addressed.
· Manage and update client records, as necessary, with filing and electronic system.
· Scan client id’s, social security cards and additional information.
· Assemble client documents for delivery.
· Provide administrative support.
· Potential to grow and make a career in the tax and insurance industries.
· QuickBooks skills are strongly appreciated.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
