Role Summary:
TruCare Provider Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations within our office, supporting our staff, and contributing to the high-quality services we offer to our clients. You will be an integral part of our mission to empower individuals with ID/DD, facilitating their journey towards independence and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing email correspondence.
• Support the maintenance of client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate logistics for staff meetings, training sessions, and community events.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
