The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling daily administrative operations including, maintaining files, preparing letter proposals, proofreading documents, maintaining client lists, interfacing with other corporate functions (Creative Services, Money Team, etc.) and meeting planning. This position requires the ability to maintain the utmost confidential information and exercise the highest discretion at all times. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support and assistance
• Proofread client deliverables for all practices
• Draft letter proposals and executive search proposals
• Maintain client and reference lists
• Provide support as needed to the executive search team
• Organize and maintain files of correspondence, records, and related materials
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and answer/transfer calls
• Handle various other ad hoc requests such as printing client deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Prior experience with an office system such as Deltek desired
• Ability to work within a team that is spread across a broad geography
• Ability to work independently on specific assignments once direction is provided
• Willing and able to work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Paid parking is provided.

• The salary range for this position is $55-60k. Compensation depends on education and experience.
