As an Assembly/Production Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient assembly and packaging of our products.
Key Responsibilities ... • Perform general production tasks, including building boxes, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment.
• Operate assembly line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow assembly instructions and quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
