· Reviews Banquet Event Orders (BEO) at the beginning of each shift to ensure all event spaces are set as specified, the menu is clearly understood, and client expectations will be met.
· Sets tables with linen, flatware, china, and glassware as dictated by BEO and under the supervision of the Event Captain or Event Manager. Ensures all items are clean and polished. Ensures linen fits properly on tables and is steamed when needed.
· Performs set up and breakdown of various food or beverage stations.
· Assists in the greeting and directing of guests from the parking areas to the ceremony or reception space. Greets all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting. Maintains a friendly and approachable attitude toward guests and staff.
· Event delivery – understands and executes the following:
o Reviews and understands detailed menu selections, major ingredients, and methods of presentation.
o Reviews and understands the wines or beverages ordered
o Table assignment and set up
o Cocktail hour assignments and set up
o Client’s name and guest count
o Special requests and allergies/dietary restrictions
o Order of service and timeline
· Follows the instructions and guidance of the Event Captain or Event Manager to ensure consistency in service and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
