Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse or distribution center. - Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse or distribution center
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Transport materials to designated areas within the facility
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of product movement
- Inspect and maintain the forklift and other equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic math skills
- Ability to safely operate different types of forklifts, such as cherry pickers and reach trucks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit])
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes in a distribution center environment
