POSITION SUMMARY
ACDi is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the Frederick, MD office. In this position the primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, ensuring office supplies are fully stocked, maintaining an organized lobby area, and other duties as assigned. This position will be a part-time role reporting to the HR Manager.

• Greet and welcome visitors, customers and ensure a positive first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby area
• Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with scheduling activities, meetings, appointments, and travel accommodations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other projects
• Provide general support to other departments as needed
• Other duties assigned

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excelled verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
