Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our law firm. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service. This position involves managing inbound calls from prospective clients and ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are maintained to the highest standards. This is a temporary ... position, and the hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service by serving as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors.
• Handle inbound calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
• Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the front desk and lobby areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for clients and staff members, coordinating calendars and documenting appointments.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing, relaying important -messages and updates in a timely manner.
Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact, identifying and resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
