We are seeking a reliable candidate for a one-week Front Desk Coordinator contract with our client, located Downtown Denver ... Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Day Passes: Managing the distribution of day passes for visitors and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Parking Validations: Issuing parking validations to authorized personnel and assisting with parking-related inquiries.
• Conference Room Booking and Set Up: Coordinating conference room reservations, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared for use.
• Facilitating Communication: Serving as a liaison between building engineering staff and local leadership to address facility-related issues promptly.
• Answering Phone Calls: Responding to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate parties as needed.
• Ordering Lunches: Arranging catering services for office meetings and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, providing directions or assistance as required.
• Assisting with Larger Gatherings: Supporting the coordination and execution of larger office events or meetings, including greeting and directing a higher volume of attendees.

• Patience: Demonstrated patience and composure, particularly in high-pressure situations or when addressing client inquiries or concerns.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
