Getting the Job Done:
· Weekends are Mandatory
- Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality.
· Maintains all public spaces and the parking cleanliness
· Duties include dusting (high and low), polishing furniture, trash removal, mopping and vacuuming.
· Report all damage, repairs and replacement of supplies to the appropriate department.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety to the property specific best practices and Brand standards.
· Attend all mandatory meetings and complete all the required training.
· Greet all guests and team members and warmly engage.
· Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
· Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand your role ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Complete all tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s), which may include cleaning of guest rooms and laundry.
· Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.
· Ability to grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.
Experience for Success:
· Housekeeping experience a plus
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Previous customer service experience
· Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
