We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and possess strong organizational abilities. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments - Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information - File documents and maintain accurate records - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary ...
