Front Desk Receptionist
Duties ... - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding services, facilities, and events
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., computer, printer, scanner)
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
