Experienced Residential Housekeeper (PT)

• Type: Part Time, Live Out.
• Location: Paradise Valley, AZ.
• Salary Rate: $30 - $40 per hour.
• Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Work Hours: 9:00a - 3:00p.
Our client, an active retired couple, is seeking a residential housekeeper for their 8,000 -square foot home in Paradise Valley, AZ. The client is looking for someone honest, motivated, takes initiative, is fit and can move around quickly, is a self-starter, and has experience with caring for luxury furnishings and couture clothing pieces. All applying candidates MUST have experience working in and maintaining large residences. There are two dogs in the home.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Perform general housekeeping duties in a high-end, large mansion setting.
• Expertise in laundry/ironing in addition to properly caring for couture pieces.
• Wardrobe rotation and closet maintenance.
• Polish crystal and maintain luxury furnishings.
• Liaise with vendors/ contractors for household needs.
• Meal preparations and simple, light cooking such as salads, etc.
• Pet Care including walking, feeding, and grooming/vet appointments.
• Outside errands like grocery shopping or dry clean pickup - a vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Several years of proven expertise in mansion housekeeping.
• Character: Well-mannered, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cooking Skills: Versatile culinary abilities are a significant advantage.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Requirements:
• Several years of proven expertise in mansion housekeeping.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
