We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our D-BAT Mesa as a Part Time Associate. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic sports environment and work closely with athletes and customers in various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities ... • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule lessons, facility rentals, and other services using our booking system
• Assist customers in the retail area, offering product knowledge and assisting with purchases
• Maintain and operate pitching machines and other equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Interact with customers, providing guidance, support, and addressing any concerns or questions
• Promote and sell memberships, and other academy offerings
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all customers
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, and scheduling is preferred
• Knowledge and passion for baseball and/or softball is a plus
• Ability to maintain and operate pitching machines is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
