β’ Answer technical support calls using provided scripts and process flows
β’ Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives
β’ Interact with existing customer service team and vendor partners to resolve incoming questions and concerns

Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
