An ideal candidate for this position will be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. All training will be provided.
• Answer technical support calls using provided scripts and process flows
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives
• Interact with existing customer service team and vendor partners to resolve incoming questions and concerns
This is a one year contract opportunity with the chance of extension based on performance.

Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
